Information of Presence


A person can find out a lot about themselves sitting in presence. That is when you sit comfortably, close your eyes and allow yourself to breathe in and out through your nose (or mouth) deeply. This is the PAUSE. This is when you come back to your body. It’s a form of checking in because we go through so many thoughts and emotions throughout the day.


This pause will guide you to your inner light. Through your breathing, you become grounded, safe, and courageous. One realizes that this phenomenon is apart of a natural occurrence for humanity. Instead of feeding into every thought, they let it come and go. It comes and goes back and forth pulling emotions. But once the thought is labeled and recognized it turns into information.


Asking yourself why and being curious of your thoughts during this pause gives you the opportunity to explore your anxiety, fear, shame, money or whatever may come up for you. While your breathing open your heart and send love to yourself, your family, friends, and even the beings that you are not typically fond of, and send them light as well.


Send light throughout your body. Where does it hurt? Your heart? Hold your heart and say ‘ You have been working very hard for me and I love you’
